OUTDOOR YOGA IN SAN DIEGO

New year, new goals, and sunny vibes all week long! While the rest of the country shivers, San Diego’s outdoor yoga classes are here to keep your resolutions on track. Flow, stretch, and soak up the sunshine—self-care feels even better under blue skies!

  • Riff Yoga Studio. It has all the bells and whistles of a traditional studio but with the added bonus of breathing in the fresh ocean air during an outdoor class.

  • Yoga Bus. The bus is currently closed, but Sunday morning classes at Sunset Cliffs/Adair St continue. Stop by at 10 am for Slow Flow & Sound and 11:15 am for a Yoga Flow.

  • FIT Athletic Yoga @ The Rady Shell. Grab your yoga mat and a free RSVP to join a vibrant community of yogis by the waterfront.

  • NamaSteve Yoga. Stretch it out on Law Street with Steve Hubbard every Saturday and Sunday at 10AM. The class is donation-based!
