I hope you had the best Fourth of July weekend!

Against all odds, I survived the beach on Saturday. Was it absolutely packed? Of course. But that's kind of the deal you make when you willingly go to the beach on a holiday weekend. Once you accept that your personal space no longer exists, claim your tiny square of sand, and commit to the chaos... it's actually a pretty good time.

I got a nice tan, ate a (veggie) hot dog, and for one brief, beautiful moment... I was feeling very patriotic. 😂

Now that we're all recovering from fireworks, sunburns, and whatever happened to our sleep schedules, let's ease back into the week with a little Monday pick-me-up.
