Ohhhh Monday. I was hoping you had forgotten about us…

This weekend was SO fun, but weirdly, my favorite parts were all the little things.

I got prime beach parking. PRIME. On a summer weekend. If that's not divine intervention, I don't know what is.

I got froyo from my favorite self-serve spot that's dangerously close to my house. I danced to Lane 8 at Waterfront Park on a Sunday. I hung out with people I love. Just a bunch of little moments that added up to a really good weekend.

And I think I need to get better at noticing those more often.

Even on Mondays… Especially on Mondays, actually, because sometimes the little thing you're appreciating is simply "thank god it's already almost 5 p.m." It counts!!!
