Happy Monday, y'all!

I think my body staged a little intervention this weekend.

The rat race finally caught up to me. I could feel myself getting sick, and I knew if I didn't slow down, my body was gonna make me.

So... I unplugged.

I went to the beach, made some art, ignored my phone for most of Saturday, and remembered that life exists outside of screens. Crazy concept, I know. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down.

Now I'm feeling refreshed, it's a brand new month, and it's time to get back to it.
