Mercury retrograde is officially overrrrrrrr. We can all go back to being only slightly unhinged now.

At least once a week, I like to start my morning at the beach. Partly because it's gorgeous, partly because Hot People Pick Up Trash™️, but mostly because it's the one place where my brain finally decides to quiet down for a second.

This morning, somewhere between picking up bottle caps and saying hi to every dog that walked by, I realized there's still so much of San Diego I haven't experienced. I've lived here my whole life, but there are neighborhoods I've barely explored, restaurants I've somehow never tried, and communities I want to get to know.

So... I need your help. If you have a favorite San Diego recommendation, send it my way. I'm making myself a San Diego bucket list, and if it's any good, I'll happily share it with the class.

SAN DIEGO FARMERS MARKETS SCHEDULE

I could spend an embarrassing amount of time wandering a farmers market. Fresh flowers, samples, random little trinkets I absolutely don't need... it's my happy place. Check out the schedule and romanticize your life a bit!

• I stumbled into a few of the Storytellers sessions at Ohana Fest last year, and they ended up being one of my favorite parts of the weekend. The 2026 lineup is officially here, and it's packed with some inspiring people. Highly recommend.
