Woke up thinking it was Friday today, which was incredibly rude.

Anyway! I was at Gather’s Art for Dinner last night, talking with some friends, when we landed on one of the few topics capable of uniting an entire city: dating in San Diego is not for the weak. 

If you’re single, I salute you. Protect your peace, trust your gut, and maybe make sure he’s not making a guest appearance in the Are We Dating the Same Person? San Diego Facebook group. IYKYK. Scary place!!!

And if you’re happily taken, congratulations on no longer having to participate in whatever the hell is going on out there. 😭

Which brings me to today’s little treat for the singles:

Love Isn’t Blind: Live Comedy/Dating Show hits the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp on 9/25, and this dating experiment has one very important rule: the men aren’t allowed to speak. Instead, they compete for one bachelorette through games that include calling their moms and UNLOCKING THEIR PHONES. 

Meanwhile, the audience gets relationship-status wristbands and a wingcouple to help the singles mingle, so apparently, you could leave with a date, too. Sounds messy. I LOVE IT. Enter to win!
