San Diego, are you feeling it yet? The days are stretching out, the sunsets are showing off again, and suddenly leaving the house after 6pm doesn’t feel like an emotional battle. Spring energy is creeping back into the city — just in time for one of our favorite weekends of the year.
CRSSD Festival returns to Waterfront Park 3/14–15, bringing two days of house, techno, and waterfront dancing. This year’s lineup includes Dom Dolla, Polo & Pan, Lane 8, Ben Sterling, and it's murph, plus dozens more DJs turning the park into a seaside rave. We’re giving away a pair of GA passes, but the clock is ticking. This is your last chance to enter.
JUST ANNOUNCED
Gary Clark Jr. just announced two nights at Humphreys 10/27–28. The Austin native blew up after tearing up the Austin City Limits stage years ago, and he’s been shredding ever since. Blues, rock, soul – it’s all in there.
Indie fans are about to eat. Beach Bunny + The Beths hit SOMA on 8/6. bringing their signature blended sound and dangerously catchy choruses.
Leftover Crack, La Pobreska, and Spaceman Bob is rolling into House of Blues on 5/21, which means ska-punk mayhem is officially on the schedule. FYI: the pit gets going about two songs in.
Some bands are punk. Some bands helped invent punk. Flipper hits Casbah 5/6, bringing decades of underground chaos with them.
Plus other just-announced shows from Judy Collins, The Dear Hunter, Todd Barry, Arlo Parks, Sun Kil Moon, and more!
