• Charleston duo Little Stranger have been quietly building a cult following with breezy tracks that bounce between hip-hop, indie, and beachy chaos. They’re at The Sound on 8/20. Tickets go on sale Thursday.

• Guitar, loops, and a brain that moves faster than most – Keller Williams has been refining this setup for years. See him live at The Holding Company on 11/6.

• The club is going to be bumpin’ in June when Malaa gets his hands on the decks. Part of the Confession label orbit, he leans into heavy house that’s made for packed rooms. Which translates to: be there!

• Austin psych rock mainstays The Black Angels have been doing the hypnotic, droning thing since the mid-2000s. They’re at The Observatory on 11/1. Tickets on sale Friday.
