This morning I decided the only thing capable of fixing my mood was an ocean swim, so I went fully against my better judgment and got in the water before coffee. Brutal experience physically. Incredible experience spiritually.

Like yes, the water is still freezing. But if you’ve been feeling weird lately, I’m telling you now: go jump in the ocean and let nature humble you a little.

Anyway, now that I’ve shocked my body back into functionality, let’s talk about another thing scientifically proven to improve brain chemistry: Slightly Stoopid at Petco Park on 6/13 with Sublime, Stephen Marley, Pepper, The Elovaters, DENM, Band of Gringos, Boostive & DJ Z-Trip. Honestly one of the most aggressively San Diego lineups imaginable.
