What is UPPPP my friends!

Midweek check-in: have you put your phone down this week? Gone outside? Moved your body? Hung out with people you love? Maybe even done something fun on a weekday??? Terrifying concept, I know.

I think we all get so caught up in optimizing our lives sometimes that we forget to actually LIVE them a little. Tracking protein, closing rings, answering emails at 9pm, pretending burnout is a personality trait… no shade to the Oura Ring community, but I do think some of us need to stare at the ocean for a while instead.

So here’s your homework this week: do something fun and slightly out of routine. Go to a concert on a Wednesday. Say yes to plans. Romanticize your little life a bit. I promise it helps.
