HUMPDAY Y’ALL!!! We are doing the damn thing!

Important update on my mission to make Hot People Pick Up Trash a movement: I have upgraded my beach bag with a collapsible bucket. Did everyone else know these existed??? Because I did not. And no, it’s not exclusively for sandcastles, although I’m not ruling that out.

This all started last Friday when I took a sunset beach walk with some wine in my thermos. I kept finding trash, eventually had nowhere to put it, so I chugged my wine and started filling my cup with garbage.

Sacrifices were made for the cause.

Obviously, I needed a better system, and carrying a whole-ass bucket around felt aggressive. ENTER: collapsible bucket. Folds into my beach bag, pops out when duty calls. Technology!!!

So consider this your invitation to join the movement. Bring a bag, bring a bucket, pick up a few things on your next beach walk. The ocean will reward your contribution to the cause. Promise.
